Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pixinoid's website, app and albums, operated by Hexinox Innovations Private Limited. By creating an account or using Pixinoid, you agree to them.

Last updated 26 October 2026

The service

Pixinoid lets organisers upload event photos into albums and share them with guests, with optional face search, a live photo wall, watermarks, sponsor frames and downloads. Features may change over time; we'll give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on where we can.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your sign-in secure and your account details accurate. You're responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

You must be at least 18, and have authority to accept these terms for any organisation you represent.

Your photos and your guests

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process, display and deliver it only to run Pixinoid for you, including producing thumbnails, watermarked and framed versions and face templates when face search is on.

You're responsible for having the right to upload and share the photos in your albums, for telling guests how their photos will be shared, and for any consent the law requires, including from parents or guardians of guests under 18. Turn face search off for any album where you can't meet these obligations.

If your album accepts guest uploads, you're responsible for reviewing them. Using the setting that shows guest photos instantly means anyone with the link can post; remove anything that shouldn't be there.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Pixinoid. For example, don't:

  • Upload photos you don't have the right to share, or that are unlawful, sexual content involving minors, harassing or intended to humiliate someone.
  • Use face search to identify, track or profile people who haven't agreed to it, or for anything other than helping guests find photos of themselves.
  • Try to get into accounts, albums or data you're not allowed to see, or get around PINs, rate limits or plan limits.
  • Disrupt the service, including with excessive automated requests.

We may remove content or suspend albums that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Plans and payments

Each album has a plan with limits on storage, photos, guests, face scans and how long it runs. Free albums have the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are agreed with us before the event, priced per album, and taxes apply.

When an album's plan ends, the album becomes read-only: guests can still view and download photos, but uploads and new face searches stop until the plan is extended. Fees already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires.

Our intellectual property

Pixinoid, its software and its branding belong to us and our licensors, apart from your content. These terms don't give you rights to our trademarks beyond normal use of the service.

Third-party services

Pixinoid works with third-party services such as sign-in providers and social networks when guests share to them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

Pixinoid is provided “as is” and “as available”. Face matching isn't perfect: it can miss photos or, rarely, show a photo of someone who looks similar. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business.

Our total liability for any claim about Pixinoid or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000.

Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from photos you upload, your use of Pixinoid or your breach of these terms or the law, except where caused by our breach or negligence.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Pixinoid and delete your albums at any time. We may suspend or close access if you seriously breach these terms, create legal risk or where the law requires it. Terms that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell organisers by email before they take effect. If you don't agree, stop using Pixinoid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them.

General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Pixinoid. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
